  13. 2 small pink chillies, deseeded, thinly sliced
  14. 2 garlic cloves, overwhelmed
  15. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  16. 1 half of tablespoons Squid Brand fish sauce
  17. 2 teaspoons brown sugar

  1. Make wontons: Place mince, onion, water chestnut, soy sauce and 1 teaspoon cornflour in a bowl. Season with pepper. Mix to combine. Whisk final cornflour and 1 tablespoon warm water in a cup.
